Booking Policies
Rebooking & Cancellations
Life happens, and we completely understand that plans can change. If you need to adjust or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for 48 hours notice so we can offer the time slot to another guest.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
When appointments are missed or cancelled without enough notice, it leaves a gap that our team cant fill. after repeated short-notice cancellations, a non-refundable pre booking deposit will be required to secure future bookings.

This policy helps us respect everyones time- yours, ours and the guests on our waitlist while keeping our schedule running smoothly.
